Stephen Miller holds five world records- still standing. This achievement would be considered “enough” by a lot of people. For Stephen, however, those records are just part of the story he is writing in his life.
“Son,” his father told him, “if you don’t spend your life on something that will live longer than you, you will have wasted your time.”
Stephen carries those words with him. His world records are historical, he knows, but in time they may be broken. So Stephen is building on one set of strengths to build a legacy that will remain unbroken. He is using his experience, insight, and gifts to guide men into becoming the strongest version of themselves. This, in turn, is creating a generational ripple effect.
Besides speaking for massive live audiences, Stephen is a pastor in his own community. He is renowned for his positive influence on men from all walks of life, from inmates to other influencers. “I don’t want anybody to judge the entirety of my life by a single chapter,” he says. And he never assumes the chapter he meets a person in is their whole story, either.
In this episode, Stephen talks about the live programs he runs for men, and why his particular focus is zeroed in on helping men reach their full potential. He shares the seven values he learned from studying the ancient Greeks, and a common mistake made by people seeking to balance their lives.
