Contributor Agreement:

Any content that any individual (“Contributor”) may post on Americansnippets.com is subject to the terms of the below. Contributor agrees to allow American Snippets LLC to publish original articles written by Contributor (the “Posts”) on American Snippets website (“americansnippets.com”), social media and/or wherever American Snippets shall choose. Contributor grants American Snippets the exclusive, worldwide right to publish on American Snippets.com, syndicate, and distribute all or a portion of the Posts in any language, worldwide, on any medium, website, social network or anywhere else American Snippets shall choose in the future.

Contributor grants American Snippets the right to use Contributors name, likeness, information about Contributor, photos, and the logo of Contributor’s web site, if applicable, in connection with the Posts.

Contributor represents and warrants that as a Contributor and true author of the content posted that you have the right to grant these rights; that the Posts are original; that they do not knowingly contain any untrue statements, invade any right of privacy, or infringe upon any statutory or common law copyright or otherwise violate the rights of any third party; and that all statements in the Posts that are asserted as facts are true and/or based upon reasonable research for accuracy. American Snippets may transfer these rights in the event of a sale to a third party.

Contributor agrees to cooperate in the defense of any legal action brought against American Snippets from the publication of the Posts. You agree to reveal to American Snippets any actual or potential conflict of interest, including but not limited to any financial interest in any product, website, partnership, firm, or commercial venture relating to the subject of the Posts. American Snippets reserves the right to remove from AmericanSnippets.com any of the Posts that violate its publishing standards, as determined solely by American Snippets. American Snippets may illustrate the Posts. Contributor grants American Snippets the right to edit the Posts for publication.

Additionally you agree to the TOS and Privacy Policy.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.

By logging into the site or submitting posts to American Snippets, Contributor indicates acceptance of these terms.
